Many people ask why they should use a real estate agent if they are buying a home. There is a sales associate at most new builders model homes, why would you need anyone else? The sales associates at model homes represent that individual builder as the selling agent. As Realtors, we can represent you in your best interests as a buyer. Also remember that most builders pay a commission for the sale of a home. That means that you, the buyer, are able to use our services and expertise as your very own personal buyer's agents for FREE.

- We have the most information in one place about what is on the market, including homes listed by other REALTORS®. You won't waste time looking at unsuitable homes.

- We have no emotional or work related ties to a home, unlike sales associates at any particular builders model homes. We can be objective about it and point out both advantages and disadvantages.
- Supply information to you on real estate values, taxes, utility costs, municipal services, and HOA dues.
- As a real estate buyer's representative we represent the buyer who is purchasing property in a real estate transaction. The buyer's representative works for, and owes fiduciary responsibilities to, the real estate buyer and has a buyer's best interests in mind throughout the process.
